Paul has been in education for over 35 years and has assumed leadership in public education through various roles. Paul was a vice-principal for over 15 years and always focused on continuous school improvement with literacy, numeracy and physical education at the core. He always worked collaboratively with diverse teams to create and promote an inclusive culture for learning where adults as well as, students are learners. Paul believes that anything is possible when people work together to make it happen. Paul is excited to begin his second career in a leadership role for elite athletes. He has always been a strong advocate for quality physical education, having taught physical education and coached many extra-curricular teams. He also has had an active hockey background, having coached at various levels; from IP convenor to AA, running a successful summer hockey camp, and managing his professional life around two boys still playing competitive hockey.
